CA Rajan Singh
Mr. Singh is the founder of the firm and a qualified Chartered Accountant, holding certifications from both ICAI (India) and ICAN (Nepal). He has been actively engaged as a financial consultant, working closely with a diverse range of domestic and international entities across various industries. His core expertise lies in the areas of Taxation and Assurance. Mr. Singh also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India.
His expertise also extends to project financing, where he has assisted clients in structuring, evaluating, and securing funding for a wide range of development and infrastructure projects which includes Hotels, Hydropower’s, Manufacturing Units, etc.
He served as Senior Executive – Mergers & Acquisitions at Ramco Systems Limited, a listed Indian IT company, where he was responsible for evaluating the financial aspects of potential M&A targets and leading the end-to-end merger and acquisition process. He Monitored revenue performance across ERP, HCM, and Aviation units, prepared MIS reports and financial projections, and supported SEBI-compliant reporting along with quarterly financial statement preparation
